Gaurav Khanna’s Father Vinod Khanna Slams Farrhana Bhatt’s ‘TV Star’ Remark, Says He’s Proud of His Son’s Dignified Response

Derogatory Comment’: Gaurav Khanna’s Father Reacts Strongly to Farrhana Bhatt’s Bigg Boss 19 Remark on His Son

Gaurav Khanna’ father was angry over Farrhana Bhatt’s TV comment when they were at Bigg Boss’ house. In an interview, Vinod Khanna who is Gaurav Khanna’s father slammed the remark and called it derogatory. This happened when Farrhana raised question on Gaurav being a TV star. Gaurav’s father said that he was proud that Gaurav handled the situation well.

Gaurav Khanna comes from a supportive family in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, with parents Vinod and Shashi Khanna, who encouraged his shift from an MBA/IT background (where he briefly worked) to modelling. Gaurav had said to India Forums that he is good at painting because of his dad. His dad is a very good painter. He said his parents are shy to give interviews. He had seen his dad doing exercises since his childhood, which motivated him to stay fit. He exclaimed that his dressing style and his personality have come from his dad.

Gaurav’s mother said that as a kid he used to throw tantrums if he wanted anything. He used lie down outside the shop. He is a pampered kid of his parents, and he is stubborn. She said he wanted to buy a new game every week. Gaurav’s mother said that she had a lot of girlfriends, and many girls used to tie rakhi to him. Girls used to give him a lot of chocolates.

His mother also mentioned that Gaurav was a naughty kid and she used to beat him. Gaurav Khanna’s father said that he treats Gaurav as his younger brother. They go to gym and do cycling. His father is very active, and he likes being active. His father’s name is Vinod Khanna. Whenever Gaurav Khanna’s father used to go to a bank he used to say his name slowly, and every one used to turn and look at him. That made him embarrassed. Gaurav said that his cousin’s name is Rajesh Khanna. He has another cousin whose name is Rishi Kapoor. He has a cousin named Raj Kapoor.

Bigg Boss 19’s Farrhana Bhatt, who finished as the first runner-up, remained one of the most talked-about contestants of the season. Gaurav Khanna was the winner of Bigg Boss 19.
