Hema Malini Slams Anjana Om Kashyap and Media Over Fake Death Reports of Dharmendra: “Unforgivable and Despicable”
Anjana Om Kashyap from Aaj Tak, who ran the false news of actor Dharmendra Deol’s death, has come to the point of apologizing with disdain. They even conducted a half-hour-long show on Dharmendra’s death. Film actor Dharmendra has not passed away. False news of his death was spread by Aaj Tak.
However, singer Udit Narayan was unwilling to believe the news. He told Anjana Om Kashyap, if you, being such a big channel, are saying this, then I accept it. I don’t believe the rest. I am feeling sad. If this is so then you are saying that on behalf of such a big channel like Aaj Tak.
Dharmendra’s family members are giving strict warnings and instructions to the media. Along with Anjana, Chitra Tripathi has also mentioned in a post on social media that may Dharmendra’s soul rest in peace. Dharmendra is still alive, and it is confirmed by Esha Deol and his wife Hema Mailini. Hema Malini has also asked for strict action against these news anchors. She stated that the way media is garnering TRP through false news of death is a condemnable act and is despicable. She expressed that whatever has happened is unforgivable. She said How can responsible channels spread false news about a person? She expressed that this is very disrespectful to someone who is recovering during treatment.
