Dhurandhar is an action thriller film which is directed by Aditya Dhar. The star cast of this film are Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun. The movie was released on December 5, 2025.

It was one of Ranveer Singh’s most-awaited films. It is more than three hours long. The trailer of Dhurandhar was crisp and revealed just enough, and it had the kind of appeal that naturally draws people in.

 Aditya Dhar has denied that the film is made on a single person’s life. The film portrays a series of events involving a network of criminals, informants, and operatives whose lives intersect. It highlights the vein of the underworld with a tinge of Indian patriotism. Ranveer Singh plays the role of a spy who is a part of a mission that takes place in Karachi. The movie is said to unapologetically raw and brutal.

The movie is three hours and thirty minutes long. The storytelling of the movie is fantastic. Every character in the film has a story to tell and a role to play. Ranveer Singh has given a jaw-dropping performance in the movie. Rakesh Bedi, a veteran actor, has performed very well. All lead actors have been given equal screen time.

Overall, Dhurandhar is Ranveer’s most raw and intense performance till date. The film has brilliant characters. Without an iota of doubt, Ranveer Singh is back with a bang, proving that he can become anyone, anything — and Dhurandhar is proof. He is feral, shrewd, and a mean killing machine who somehow also has a beating heart in Aditya Dhar’s indulgent movie that meanders between being a high-octane cross-border spy thriller and gangster saga.
